How to get work visa in china?

1. I want to get work visa. Can anyone guide me ...to whom i should contact.


2. I want to start an Asian coffe shop and sandwich bar. If i take a chinese partner, is it possible to get the partner visa ?

I am holding EU passport and my age is 64.

You cannot get a work visa in China at age 62. The current age limit for male applicants is 18 - 60.

If you start your own business with a partner, it is possible for you to get the work Z type. You can ask your Chinese partner to contact with the Chinese industrial and commercial bureau to ask for the relevant detailed information.
