is 2:25 hrs for connect flight MU542 to MU 707 enough?

we will arrive PGV on Sat Oct 15 by MU542 22:20 and connect flight to MU707 on 00:45....is the time enough to do....for us and our luggage.
what should I or MU do if we miss the flight due to coming flight delay
