How far is it from Hangzhou North Station to Zhoushan Campus?

How far is it from Hangzhou North Station to Zhoushan Campus? I paid 180 RMB for ticket from Hangzhou to Zhoushan campus (not bus, may be private rental car). Is it convenient to go there, especially be safe for foreginers?

It takes around 3 hours to drive from Hangzhou to Zhoushan. You can charter a private car to get there. Or you may take direct bus from Hangzhou North Station to Putuo, the bus is available at 08:30, 10:40, 13:50, 16:25 and the bus fare is CNY95 per person.
