About:Xinnanmen Bus Station - Chengdu Tourism Bus Center

hi, would you know if there is a bus from Chengdu to Shangli? Or do i have to change at Ya'an?

Yes, you can take a direct bus to Shangli from Xinnanmen Bus Station. The bus departs at 9:00, and the fare is CNY 48. You needn't make a transfer at Ya'an. :)
