I have bought a mobile ticket from Chengdu to Xian.

How long before I need to be there at the Chengdu Station and where do I collect the tickets from?

It is advised to arrived at the station 2 hours to collect your ticket at the station ticketing counter before time of departure.
As sometimes there are lots of people queuing for ticketing and security check before boarding.
