can the train ticket be cancelled?

If I book a train ticket through internet this website, can I cancel the ticket and get the refund, or what is the charge if I cancel the ticket?

Sure you could cancel and get refudn. If tickets are not issued, you could get full refund. After the tickets are issued, there will be cancellation charge of 20% of the ticket fare, they will not refund you the service fee.
