About:China Customs Declaration

I want to buy an Imac value 17,000 in HK and bring into Mainland

will I have to declare or pay tax entering into the mainland?

E, a declaration is needed and you should pay tax for it when entry. It is suggested you keep the receipt. The tax is based on the purchasing price and the rate is 15%.
