20" iMac, Carried Onboard An International Flight?

Good day! I have a iMac Core 2 Duo (Mid 2007) and would like to take it onboard as a carry on bag from China to the USA. Can this be done with no troubles from the airlines or customs officials? Here are the specs. for my Apple iMac. Thanks for your time and help!
weight (20"): 20 lb/9.1 kg
H x W x D (20"): 18.5 x 19.1 x 7.4 in/46.9 x 48.5 x 18.9 cm

Yes, you can take your computer on the plane. You can still take a computer besides the handbag you take with you.

Thanks for your reply, Jimmy! I'm glad to hear your reply and hope all is well when I go to the airport! I was worried since my computer was 9.1kg (over most weight limits other people told me) and not a folding laptop (it's a iMac 7) that the airlines wouldn't permit it onboard the plane. Have a great day and thanks for your time!

Hi, Mike. I think it may be a little bit big. I advise you to ask the airline company directly for more exact information. I think you can take a laptop besides your handbag, but your computer seems to be a little bit big.
