how to get z visa or multiple visa to my friend?

i'm currently in guangzhou with my two daughters who are studying here. i'm doing a trading company in guangzhou and i want to get my friend to china as he is interested to join my company . he has visited china several times. can you please tell me how to get an z type or multiple entry permit and the necessary documents for it.

Perera, after you employ your friend, you can get the alien employment permit and invitation letter from a duly authorized unit for him. The required documents for work Z type include passport and its copy, a completed application form affixed with a passport-style photo, alien employment permit and invitation letter from a duly authorized unit, physical examination report and police clearance certificate. After preparing all the required documents, your friend can submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply the work Z type.

Thanks for the quick reply.The problem is I finished my company license in April 2016 and my z visa process also finished in October 2016.In this situation can I apply z visa to my friend soon?
