So if I pay 20¥ I can go to the zoo and the panda house. If I want to go to the aquarium I'll have to pay another 80¥(I'm a student). So to cover all 3 places I have to pay 100¥. Am I correct?

Well, the combo ticket of the zoo and the panda house costs CNY 19 from April to October; CNY 14 from November to March. The entrance fee of the aquarium is CNY 165. There is no concessional price for foreign students. If you want to cover all the three places, you need to pay CNY 184 from April to October; CNY 179 from November to March.
