About:Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Can you use a credit card or debit card to buy shanghai transportation card?

And can you also return the card for deposit at the Hongqiao railway station?

I remember only cash is accepted when buying a transportation card. So prepare some cash in case. To return the card, you can find the Transportation Card Service Center or Office near the south exit on B1 Floor of the Hongqiao Railway Station. Try it and good luck!
