About:China Visa on Arrival

VOA Frankfurt - Beijing - Amsterdam

I have a German Passport and need to travel to Beijing for an urgent meeting, I cannot apply for a Visa as the office will be closed for two business day due to a Holiday. I must arrive in Beijing on Oct. 10th for an urgent meeting. Would this be possible? or do you recommend the 72 Option if I make a stop in HK?

Solange, if you travel like Frankfurt - Beijing – Amsterdam and stop in Beijing for less than 72 hours, you can enjoy the 72 hour free transit in Beijing and then you can attend the meeting there.
