About:Wuxi Ancient Kilns Relics Museum

Residence permit is due for renewal on 15 feb 2017

Hi I have a Indian passport And I am in China on a residence permit which expires on 15 Feb 2017. I plan to travel to India from 20 Dec to 31 Jan. Do I have to return to China and apply for visa renewal 1 month in advance? Does that mean I have to be in China by 15 Jan 2017?

Yes, you have to return to China at least one month before your resdience permit expires so that you will have enough time to renew the residence permit.
