I have submitted document to embassy & get pickup form for 11/10/2016. Can i buy ticket or wait?

I have already submitted required documents to China Embassy today Sept. 29, 2016. And after verifying they have given me an appointment to to collect visa on October 11, 2016. i think it is because of the PRC holiday. Thus, does it have a problem if i buy ticket before receiving my entry permit?
