About:Beijing Capital International Airport

I will arrive on an international flight (Air Koryo) into (PEK) Terminal 2 at 10.00am 18th Oct.

And then will fly international out of terminal 3. I planned on taking a 13.30pm flight however if that is not enough time I am happy to take a later flight.
I would be grateful for your advice. Thankyou

Oh, you will have enough time to make this connection. Generally speaking, the minimum transfer time is 2 hours. So don't worry.
BTW, the correct transfer procedures are the following:
1: Flight Arrival
2: Transfer Procedures
3: Stamped on the Boarding Pass
4: Security Check
5: Custom Inspection
6: Flight Waiting and Boarding
