I'm visiting Taiwan in Dec 3-10. Is there possibility of typhoon and is it a raining season?

The temperature may range from 65 F to 70 F during that period of time. The possibility of the typhoon will be low. However, it won't be cold. The climate will still be cold and comfortable. Although there will have several showers, it won't influence the sightseeing a lot. You can bring jackets, long sleeved shirts and pants. :)0
