You need to prepare those documents for the work Z type including a completed application form, a passport-style photo, your passport and copy of its data page, alien employment permit and an invitation letter from a duly authorized unit as well as other relevant materials.

Is the application for the VISA through having an appointment or should I just go to the embassy with ready documents and apply ?How are the procedures to pay the fees ?Thank you so much for your help

Moez, no appointment needs to be made. You can just go to the embassy with all required documents to apply for it.When you pick up the visa, you pay for it.
