how to get train tickets from Beijing to Hong Kong

I wish to book tickets from Beijing to Hong Kong. When I try to book the tickets on your website they ask where i wish to collect the tickets and it says that tickets to and from Hong Kong can not be picked up at the station. Are there any other options than sending the tickets to the hotell in Beijing when I do not have a private address in China?

As i know there is no e ticket type for this trip, this should be the reason why it need to be delivered. If you really do not have any address for delivery, i guess you need to buy the ticket at the station directly instead or choose to transfer to other cities near HK like Guangzhou, Shenzhen and go for HK by bus etc. Usually the hotel reception could keep express for their clients if they had a reservation
