If is fly Hong Kong - Shanghai - Taipei with max 72 hours in Shanghai, do I qualify for the 72 visa

There´s no 72h visa.
Do you mean "transit without visa"?
Then you are fine but there´s no 72h twov in Shanghai anymore, just the 144h twov.0
