About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit
If I fly Hong Kong - Beijing - London and stay under 72 hours can I get the visa at the airport ?

Which visa do you mean?
A transit visa or a tourist visa?
Both are not available at the airport, you must apply them in advance.
But you can use the 72h transit without visa in Beijing if you stay under 72h in the city.
