About:China Visa

Can i tour in china alone as domestic helper here in hongkong

I'am filipina working as a domestic helper in hongkong.just wanted to make sure if i can travel alone with double visa in china but my employer alllows me to take my vacation for a couple of days?thank you

Michelle, if you have valid entry permit for mainland PRC and your employer can provide the supporting documents, I think you can travel to PRC for a visit.

Hi,
Thank you so much for the reply really appreciated.yes i do have valid visa to enter in china.but what are the important documents that i will need to being with me if i travel alone without my employer?

Michelle, your employer needs to provide his HK ID card and its copy, the contract, a guarantee letter. Inside the guarantee letter, your employer should state that he/she will travel to mainland PRC with you and then return together.
