What's the best way to get to the center to get a tour bus?  Are there shuttles from this port into the center?

You may take a taxi to Gangcheng Road Metro Station. Next, take metro line 6 to Century Avenue Station, and switch to metro line 2 to Lujiazui Station, Exit 1. Then, you can take sightseeing bus line 2 from Oriental Pearl Tower Station. Or, you can take bus line 81 from Gangcheng Road Station to Dongchang Road Ferry Dock, and take sightseeing bus line 2. :)
