I'm Pakistan national and going china on M type.

i have been before because my fiancé live there! we were planing to get married but i'm not sure if i'm allow to marry a chinese women on M type, she do have her Hikou ( the family book ) i get my single marriage certificate from Gov + Attested by Foreign affairs of ministry ! i have 90 days double entry visa , i'll leave to malaysisa for next entry . one more thing. as you know i'll stay 3 month then leave so i have to register my self to anyone there i mean any office ?

and how long marriage process takes and how can i apply for the Spouse Q type once we got married ? can i do it without leaving china ?
