About:Visa Policy of China

I am a US citizen traveling from the US to HongKong.

I have a 2 day trip planned to Beijing, flying in on Wednesday and flying out Friday. What type of visa do I need and how do I obtain it ?

Carla, if you fly from the US to Beijing and then to Hong Kong, during the process, you do not stop over any other Chinese cities, you can enjoy the 72-hour free transit policy in Beijing. Upon arrival, you can follow the direction sign to apply for it.
