How do you get to the Sight Seeing area? Is there a way to reserve two seats in that area?

As I know, the sightseeing area is no longer sale separately and only available on a few old types. It cannot be know if there are such seat type available on appointed train or not and if yes, where exactly are they located. Getting a window seats maybe an option.
