I'm curious about the immigration processes for those with connecting flights. I'm supposed to arrive in Pudong Airport around 7.30am and I'll have a connecting flight to Narita at 10.20am.

1) Which Terminal does Shanghai Airlines (FM) land?
2) Is it true that I need to fill in the arrival AND departure card even though I have a connecting flight?
3) Is a 2 hour 50 min layover enough time?

I've been searching for info everywhere and I can't seem to find the answers! HELP
