How to get train to Lhasa from Changsha

Hi,
I would like to go to Lhasa by rail after a trip in Changsha. Then I have to go to Chengdu or Xining, haven't I? Could you suggest the possible routes to get onto the trip please?

In fact there is one ride Z264 from Changsha to Lhasa directly. It departs from Changsha at 19:17pm and arrive at Lhasa the third day 17:30pm. You may try this one.
