About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is the transit office open all day?

I am arriving at 4:30am and hoping to get to Great Wall during my layover. Will I be able to get a transit visa this early in the morning?

Dear, as long as flight is available, the transit office will be open, so when you go there, you are able to apply for the free transit.
