How is the weather around Dec 2016 in Taipei? Will it be a wet season or typhoon season?

The temperature may range from 60 F to 70 F at that time. Although there may have many rainy days, the possibility of typhoon would be small. And the climate will be cool and comfortable. You are advised to bring raincoats, jackets, jeans, T-shirts.
