can i get m type 3 days visa on arrival at bejing airport ?

Traveling to Bejing and stay 72 hours ( is this 72 hour limits count as 3 night stay) and travel to a third country. for example Frankfurt-Beijing- HKG - Beijing- Frankfurt on the way back i will be in transit to catch the flight back home

If you travel like Frankfurt-Beijing- HKG - Beijing- Frankfurt, as long as your layover time in Beijing is less than 72 hours, you will be able to enjoy the 72 hour free transit in Beijing for both legs of your trip!
