How to get to Shanghai Phoenix Hostel from Pudong International Airport at 1 am?

Take shuttle bus Night Line from PVG to East Yan'an Road, Middle Zhejiang Road Station. Then, walk west for about 200 yards to it. The buses operate until 45 minutes after flights finish, so you can catch it! The fare is about CNY 25 per person. :)
