Yes! Near the Disneyland Park is the Lanzhou Beef Noodles Restaurant. It is located at No. 8820, Chuanzhou Highway, about 5 miles from the park. You can taxi there for about CNY 30.

Near the Happy Valley, you can go to Shali Beef Noodles Restaurant at No. 45, Sikai Road, about 3.4 miles away. You can taxi there for about CNY 20.

One and only stall offer halal food. Follow to Disney Town at Shanghai Disneyland. Exit the park to Disney Town. It is hidden inside one of a food court. Return to park, do not lost your ticket.
