About:China Visa Application in UK

UK citizen applying for express tourist L type. Do I pay the fee even if the visa is not granted?

Also, is it guaranteed I will get my passport back within three days is using express service?

Mark, if your application is not granted, you don’t need to pay for it.
If you choose the express service, usually, you can get the result within 3 working days.
