Question

i have several awards for my work and contribution including Outstanding Foreign Expert Certification and the Sanqin Friendship Award in appreciation of my outstanding contribution to the economic construction and society development of Shaanxi Province.  Can I obtain a permanent Residency Visa?

You can try to apply for the permanent residence permit, but I cannot assure if you can get it in the end. As far as I know, it is not easy to get the permanent residence permit.
