Nancy, Tanzania passport holders can enjoy free entry to both HK and Macau for a stay of 90 days respectively. Thus, you just need to apply for a tourist L type to mainland PRC. You need to provide those materials including your passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form, a passport-style photo, round trip air tickets and accommodation arrangement, as well as your bank savings account.
