About:China Tour Operator

Do I need claim luggage in Shanghai Pudong Airport?

I fly from detroit (USA) to Harbin (china) and transfer in PVG.
My airline is Delta (from detroit to SH) and from SH to Harbin is China Eastern Airline, my question is do I need claim my luggage when I landed in Shanghai?

You need to reclaim your luggage after landing in PVG.
After finish the Joint Inspection, Quarantine, Immigration processes, you can go to the transfer hall. Then go to domestic concourse on 3F.
