invitation letter revoked

Hi. I have applied for a Z visa to work for a Chinese company. They sent me the invitation. But Twice the embassy in Tehran told me that my invitation letters had been revoked and I could not get it.
I would like to know if it is possible to find out who might have revoked the invitation letter and why.
