Business Visa Holder in China wants Korean visa

hi! Im from the Philippines and has double entry business visa for china. I want to visit south Korea for tourism purposes. can I apply for korean visa in beijing residents embassy? thanks!

Iris, you can probably apply for it from the embassy of Korea in Beijing.
