huanglong opening time

Question

Hi, I saw that entrance fee from late november until end of march is quite cheap. But I heard some people say that it is closed on that period, so I'm a bit confused.Is it true? because I'm planning to go there on march.thank you.

According to the routine, the scenic will be closed for protection during mid Nov. till next late Mar. during which they won't refuse large tour groups and the cable car will be closed. But the independent travelers are still allowed to get in with CNY60. It will be cold and dangerous because of snow. So take care and have a good trip!
