Is Shanghai Sightseeing bus up to date? Are they running in November 2016? Please advise.

We will be doing a post tour layover for a few days in the city to do some exploring on our own after your China tour. Please tell us if the sightseeing bus schedules and stops are still in operation in early November 2016.
