why is it still stuck in china?

Question

I had ordered something from Adventuready Store on Aug. 17.  Ten days later, they send me a tracking number, which didn't work until Sept. 4th. They told me that I would receive my products by Sept. 16. As of right now, it is still stuck in Chine, Pre-shipment.  What is going on?  The company will not return my emails now.Thank you in advance.

It should be waiting for taking the last inspection before shipment. Generally, it should take a couple of days. Just wait for some time and check again.
