Why is it still stuck in China?

I had ordered something from Adventuready Store on Aug. 17. Ten days later, they send me a tracking number, which didn't work until Sept. 4th. They told me that I would receive my products by Sept. 16. As of right now, it is still stuck in Chine, "Pre-shipment". What is going on? The company will not return my emails now.
