I read that there is a bus no. 513 near the Cruise Port terminal that goes to either Tianjin City

If so, where is the bus stop near the cruise terminal?

Hi, dear! I am sorry that bus line 513 is closed currently. You may take a taxi from the cruise terminal to Donghai Road Metro Station for about CNY 45. Then, take metro line 9 to the downtown area.
