how to get hongkong tourist visa from dubai ?

I am working in Dubai and I am from Nepal. I have to go HK next month for business trip during Asia Expo HK. Can I get visit entry permit from Chinese Consulate in Dubai ? How many days does it take and what are the documents required for that ? Is there any express service process also ?

Deepak, if it’s the first time you apply for it, I’m afraid you need to mail your application to HK immigration department to apply for it. If not, you can try to submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it. If the embassy deals with the application on its own, 4 working days are needed. But if it is transferred to HK immigration department, 4 to 6 weeks are needed and there is no express service.
