About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

I will arrive PVG on 10:10 at T2 from ABU DHABI, I need to catch flight to WUHAN at 13:10 at T1.

Do I have enough time? How long I will take since arrive in T2 to catch another flght in T1?

Yes, you will have enough time to make this connection. Don't worry. From T2 to T1, there is a special passageway for transfer passengers. You can walk around 15 mins.
