Applying visa for Malaysian in Taiwan

Hi im Malaysian currently on holiday in Taiwan. I wouold need to visit Hainan so can I apply for a visa in Taiwan instead of flying back to Malaysia again?

Kiki, you can find an agency in Taiwan and ask the agency to help you apply for a visa for mainland PRC.
Or you can go to Hainan directly and you can probably get VOA there.
