Passport renewal with Malaysia's Long Term Social Visit Pass (LTSVP)

Hi,

My wife's China passport is expiring soon. I was wondering if 1) she can renew her passport here in Malaysia? 2) does she need to transfer/re-apply for her LTSVP ? 3) what are the procedures ?

1. Joe, she can renew it at the embassy of PRC in Malaysia.
