My girlfriend is travelling with me on holiday to the USA. We travel from Hanoi to Hong Kong to L.A. On the way back (L.A to Hong Kong to Hanoi, we are transiting in HK for 12 hours. What visa does she require (She is Vietnamese) to be able to leave the airport with me for sightseeing?
