About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Hi. My flight to Beijing from Manila descends to 11:20am local time during the day.

My next following flight departs 13:55pm to Frankfruit. Do I have enough time the next flight ? How much time do I need? All tickets are from Air China.

Yes, you can catch your next flight. It's international to international transfer both in T3. Generally speaking, you need at least an hour to make this transfer.
BTW, the correct procedures are Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Border Inspection - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding
