Do I qualify for 144 Hour visa with the following?

Hi I am flying from Adelaide to Hong Kong...staying in Hong Kong for two days then shanghai for 5 nights...then my final destination is Adelaide Australia with a two hour lay over in Hong Kong. Do I still qualify for the 144 Hour free transit?
