Express for China Visa

Hi, im a Malaysian citizen & i will travel to China Guangzhou on 15 Sep 2016, can I submit document tomorrow 13 Sep 2016 to proceed for Visa express & get Visa before 15 Sep 2016? how much is the express fees charges? TQ
